Integrity Business College would like to warmly welcome new employee, Ben McManus, who has been hired as the company’s newest Customer Relations Assistant. His role involves reaching out to clients and providing them with excellent customer service, whilst also providing his support with the administration staff on Integrity’s School Based Traineeship program (SBAT).

Ben, 20, aims to develop his customer service and communication skills by working in a professional business environment. He aims to become a teacher and grow his knowledge to have a long term career in the education industry.
“I have already learnt so much in the three months I’ve been here, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time and have loved my role. The staff here have been so kind and welcoming, and have certainly made the transition easy for me. Big thanks goes out to Integrity Business College for giving me this wonderful opportunity.”
