Jerome came to Integrity through the Headstart North Eastern Cluster. Employed by Image Digital Australia working within the Graphic Design and Production Teams, Jerome studies a Certificate III in Business as a school-based trainee here at Integrity.
Recently finishing his Year 12 schoolwork, Jerome now works 4 days a week at the company while completing his Business Qualification once a week via online learning at Integrity. Working at Image Digital Australia for 1.5 years, his role involves designing company logos, business cards, pamphlets and uniforms for corporate companies.
In 2021, Jerome plans to continue working at Image Digital Australia, while applying to study a TAFE course in either Graphic or Fashion Design. Jerome hopes to continue his studies to build on his Certificate III in Business which he says he has thoroughly enjoyed studying throughout 2020.
“Studying a Certificate III in Business has significantly helped me develop my skills which I have applied to my current role. I feel my customer service skills as well as overall organisational skills have certainly improved. I have really enjoyed my time at Integrity, and Frances has certainly been great as a trainer in sharing her knowledge with others very clearly.”
