Bailey decided to enrol in a School Based Traineeship with Integrity Business College to receive his Certificate III in Business qualification. Aspiring to work within the Administrative industry, Bailey feels this course will help with his future employment opportunities.
Wanting to know what the Business workforce would look like; he has gained quality technical and business administrative skills. Due to remote learning, Bailey has also developed his self-management proficiencies, as he pushes himself to be motivated and to keep himself on track of the required workload.
At the start of 2020, Bailey’s host employer was Rail Systems Alliance (RSA) working on the development of Melbourne’s Metro Rail Tunnel. Bailey was working within the Training & Development team at RSA, however due to the unforeseen circumstances in 2020, he is now working at Integrity Business College. His role here is working as part of the Administration & Enrolment team as a Work from Home arrangement.
As a Year 12 student and only having a few weeks of school left, Bailey has aims to try and find employment within the Administrative industry, however he is open to go onto further studies in a Certificate IV in Business.
