Alistair is Integrity’s most recent addition to the team in the customer relations department. He is completing a Certificate III in Business here at Integrity Business College, through the Eastern Headstart Apprenticeship & Traineeship program.

Headstart Eastern approached Alistair with the opportunity to gain a Certificate III in Business while gaining valuable work experience working at Integrity Business College.

Working in Customer Relations, Alistair does many things such as, helping to conduct the workplace feedback forms, makes sure that the Integrity data bases are up to date and have all the relevant information they need. He’s also done some filing and has helped out with our social media pages and marketing department in the short time he’s been here.

Alistair is doing a course in business because he wants to keep his career options and pathway open. “I believe that a course in business is a good avenue to help me gain the knowledge and experience for a wide variety of fields”.

Alistair attends school at Box Hill High School and is currently doing VCE in Year 11, and is really enjoying the Headstart Traineeship program alongside his VCE studies. Alistair aspires to pursue a career in either Law or in the Music industry, as those are two fields he is very passionate about. By doing a business course, the skills he learns and develops will certainly help him with his career decisions in the future.
