Meet Zoe our Student of Month!
Zoe has recently commenced her BSB40120 – Certificate IV in Business traineeship with Haven; Home, Safe
We sat down with Zoe to ask her thoughts on the course and a little about herself, here is what she had to say.
Q: What have you gained most so far from your traineeship at Integrity?
A: I have gained more of an understanding of Business, there is many aspects within that area of study.
Q: What do you enjoy most about the course?
A: Learning different parts of business, from a unit being marketing to a unit of how to build business relationships.
Q: What skills have you gained through your traineeship that you can directly apply into your workplace?
A: More details on how an event is put together. We do small staff events and its handy to know to make sure an event is successful.
Q: What does your role entail?
A: I am an Administration officer, I work with staff to keep the building running, if they ever need anything I am who they come to and if I can’t help, I point them in the right direction. I do orders from stationary to making sure we have plenty of coffee and milk. I keep our fleet vehicles in line and well looked after. Then complete the little jobs here and there around the workplace.
Q: What advice can you give anyone who is thinking about undertaking a traineeship?
A: Take any opportunity you can get. Traineeships are great, your gaining experience while studying. I feel it’s great for those that are hands on people but want to advance their knowledge all in one.
