Congratulations to Shyanne Bonney for her outstanding dedication and hard work in her studies.
Shyanne has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and commitment to her education. Her exceptional performance at work, active participation in class, and positive attitude have truly set her apart.
We recently sat down with Shyanne to ask her thoughts on the course and a little about herself, here is what she had to say.
Q: What have you gained most so far from your traineeship at Integrity?
A: I have gained a lot of knowledge and practical skills from my study this far. I look forward to my classes and being able to have discussions with my trainer and classmates.
Q: What do you enjoy most about the course?
A: Being able to apply the knowledge and skills I am learning to my everyday life. Interacting with others that are completing the same course as me therefore being able to offer and receive advice.
Q: What skills have you gained through your traineeship that you can directly apply into your workplace?
A: I have gained many valuable and useful skills during my studies. I have confidence within myself to be able to deal with situations that arises and being able to apply the skills learnt to real life situations and workplace matters.
Q: What does your role entail?
A: I work for a real estate company the Riverland, South Australia. My position is Sales & Marketing Administrator. In my position, my daily tasks include, customer service and customer enquiries, completing documents for property sales and settlements, managing our social media accounts, daily banking and reconciliation, scheduling and coordinating appointments, interior decorating and organising gift baskets for upcoming property settlements.
Q: What advice can you give anyone who is thinking about undertaking a traineeship?
A: Don’t doubt yourself and your capabilities! You can achieve anything with a positive mindset.
Q: Would you recommend Integrity?
A: Absolutely! There is a huge support network, many resources and the online portal is very user friendly.
Q: How do you find our Online Virtual training – is it something you would recommend?
A: My ANP asked my requirements and what would work for me to achieve the best possible outcomes within this course. Based on my requirements they matched me with Integrity Business College. I would highly recommend online virtual training. The Integrity portal is easy to use and the induction they provide at the start of the course is very thorough.
Q: How do you find working and training together at the same time, is it beneficial?
A: Working and studying is extremely beneficial. It allows me to be able to complete my certificate whilst not having to compromise my lifestyle. Having a supportive employer is also a huge advantage.
Q: Upon completion, do you plan to further your studies?
A: Yes, in the future I would like to complete my Certificate 4 in Business or a Certificate in Financial Services.
Q: How did you find the working relationship between yourself and Integrity Business College?
A: Fantastic. There is a huge support network. I have had continued support from different staff, whether it be them checking in to see how I am going, to my trainer Frances being there to answer in depth, any questions that arise, and the IT support team being able to solve any issues quickly and efficiently.
