Congratulations to Stephanie McCarthy who is currently completing a traineeship in BSB30120 – Certificate III in Business with McCulloch’s Hydraulics based in Bendigo. 

Below are the insights she shared about her training experience and how she has applied the knowledge she acquired to her professional life.

Q: What have you gained most so far from your traineeship at Integrity?
A: I’ve gained the confidence to ask more questions and to have more faith in my capabilities.

Q: What do you enjoy most about the course?
A: I like that it is online, and I can complete the course while I work.

Q: What skills have you gained through your traineeship that you can directly apply into your workplace?
A: I have gained perseverance, confidence, critical thinking and communication skills while completing the traineeship.

Q: What does your role entail?
A: My role involves keeping track of payments, reconciling, maintaining records and making payments.

Q: What advice can you give anyone who is thinking about undertaking a traineeship?
Ask plenty of questions, make the most out of your class time and do something you have a genuine interest in, not just what you think you should be doing.

Q: How do you find working and training together at the same time, is it beneficial?
A: I found it beneficial because whatever I was learning, I was using during my workdays.

Q: Upon completion, do you plan to further your studies?
A: I would like to continue and do a certificate in Agribusiness, as it incorporates my interests and my current career path.

Q: How did you find the working relationship between yourself and Integrity Business College?
A: I found the working relationship great. I felt comfortable being honest and direct with my Trainer during class times
