Congratulations to Luke Librino who is currently completing a traineeship in BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business with Light Sound Art Film Pty Ltd.
Below are the insights he shared about his training experience and how he has applied the knowledge he acquired to his professional life.
Q:What have you gained most so far from your traineeship at Integrity?
A: I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and experience through my traineeship with Integrity, as well as creating good study habits and reinforcing my ability to learn new things.
Q: What do you enjoy most about the course?
A: I’ve enjoyed the self-study nature of the course, as it’s given me the independence to work at a slower or faster pace, allowing me to manage my time effectively between study and work.
Q: What skills have you gained through your traineeship that you can directly apply into your workplace?
A: Being able to create business documents to a particular standard has been something that I’ve been able to use in my workplace effectively.
Q:What does your role entail?
A: My role entails a few different tasks that can vary depending on the day. Recently I’ve been writing business documents and emails to help organise the screenings of a film the company is touring around Australia.
Q: What advice can you give anyone who is thinking about undertaking a traineeship?
A: Be sure to create a regular reschedule that you can dedicate to study and completing assessments, and work it into your habits so that it becomes natural to study at a certain time, ensuring you keep on top of the course!
Q: Would you recommend Integrity?
A: Definitely, they’ve been supportive in my studies and available to any questions or queries I may have had.
Q: How do you find our Online Virtual training – is it something you would recommend?
A: Online Virtual training is definitely a beneficial aspect to the course and study, as it allows you to save time travelling to and from a classroom location within your state, and enables you to study from any convenient location for yourself.
Q: How do you find working and training together at the same time, is it beneficial?
A: Working and training together is a great combo, as it has allowed me to put study into practice in the workforce, and helping cement concepts and ideas and see their actual use within the business.
Q: How did you find the working relationship between yourself and Integrity Business College?
A: Professional and supportive.
