Meet Ashleigh our Student of Month!

Ashleigh recently commenced  BSB40120 – Certificate IV in Business traineeship with Grampians Health Stawell

We sat down with Ashleigh to ask his thoughts on the course and a little about himself, here is what he had to say.

Q: What have you gained most so far from your traineeship at Integrity?

A: From my traineeship I’ve gained knowledge of a multitude of different skills that I can apply directly into my current role or future roles and that will assist me in further studies I undertake


Q: What do you enjoy most about the course?

A: I have enjoyed the challenge that units present and the ability to apply them to workplace situations in order to work through them


Q: What skills have you gained through your traineeship that you can directly apply into your workplace?

A: The ability to produce more advanced and complex text documents and apply critical thinking when making decisions in the workplace


Q: What does your role entail?

A: Administration Assistant – Providing professional and timely care to patients accessing Radiology, Day Surgery and Urgent Care, mail-sorting, assistance with invoices and accounts and cash management.


Q: What advice can you give anyone who is thinking about undertaking a traineeship?

A: To 100% go for it – I’ve gained critical knowledge that I can apply directly to my workplace and expanded my capabilities in my current role and future roles without having to make any sacrifices.


Q: Would you recommend Integrity?

A: Yes – Integrity and its trainers are incredibly helpful and understanding, the amount of quality and care for the students is amazing and someone is always 1 message away if you’re ever stuck or need help with something


Q: How do you find working and training together at the same time, is it beneficial?

A: Very beneficial – not only do I gain valuable knowledge that can help me to excel in my current role but I can also apply situations that happen at work into my training.


Q: Upon completion, do you plan to further your studies?

A: Yes, I would like to, possibly a Diploma in Business
