Ross Ison has worked hard towards completing his Certificate III in Business at the Wyndham City Council and has just been signed off by Frances, his trainer, as completing all units. Ross and Frances lent us some of their time to talk to us about his studies and progress.
When thinking about what he has gained from studying at Integrity Business College, Ross tells us that “what I have gained from this training, is more of an understanding of different programs and systems that I can work with.” It’s great to hear about our students increasing their skills and understanding. Ross went on to say that he feels this knowledge and the skills alongside it “can translate to different jobs and roles” that he will have in his future.
Reflecting on his experiences with Integrity and how those experiences have expanded his professional abilities, Ross explained “the difference this training has made in my employability is, being able to work more with different processes and also be able to learn more about the different things that go around in my workplace.” Integrity Business College understands that entering the work force can be a challenging time with lots to learn, we’re so pleased to see Ross has been learning and building on his abilities, creating his own space to demonstrate his skills.
Talking with Frances, one of our experienced and attentive Business trainers, she told us that “Ross was an enthusiastic student who always completed work on time and had a great attitude towards training.” It’s always wonderful to see positive trainer student working relationships. Frances elaborated that “the topics that he choose to do his projects on were also really entertaining and creative.” We hope Ross will come back if he ever wants to do a Certificate IV in Business because he has been such a pleasure to have as part of Integrity.
