Integrity Business College is a recognised training provider for the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course. The course is provided to attendees to help gain adequate knowledge, awareness and training involving the responsible services of alcohol.
The RSA program covers a range of topics including:
- problems associated with excessive consumption
- alcohol and the law
- the question of who is responsible for RSA
- facts about alcohol
- improving the atmosphere of your premises
- handling difficult customers.
Integrity Business College will be running monthly sessions on Monday evenings at our Melbourne Office in Docklands.
