We often hear from our partnering employers that finding talent to fill opportunities in their businesses is a challenging task.
Our Traineeship Ready Talent Pool may be the employer partnership program that is the answer to your recruitment search.
To assist employers who want to grow their business, we have developed our Traineeship Ready Talent Pool to provide access to candidates seeking Traineeships in Business or Information Technology.
The Talent Pool has candidates assessed as suitable for both enrolment in a Traineeship and for ready for the workplace.
What does this assessment mean?
These candidates have completed the following:
- Language, Literacy & Numeracy Assessment (LLN)
- Training Enrolment information
- Workplace Characteristics Indicator
- Morrisby Careers Profile
Those candidates in the Talent Pool will be Traineeship Ready, eligible for enrolment in either Business or IT studies at Certificate III or Certificate IV level and showing their readiness for the workplace.
How much will this cost me?
The Employer Partnership Program is a new initiative, there is no cost to any Employer/s partnering with Integrity in the pilot stages / initial stages of its launch and accessing the Talent Pool.
